Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of WorkroomCalc at https://workroomcalc.co.uk. By using the Site, you agree to them.

2. Current service

Free window-treatment measurement and planning calculators whose results must be checked before ordering or cutting. Optional Google accounts support AI intake drafts. Optional credit packs are described below; available purchases are shown in your account.

3. Permission

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to use the Site lawfully.

4. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, bypass controls, imply endorsement, or overload or disrupt the Site. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the Site, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

5. Your material and results

You retain rights you already have in material you provide. You are responsible for permission to use it and for checking results.

6. Ownership

The Site’s code, copy, design and branding are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership.

7. Privacy

The Site Privacy page explains information handling. External services have their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Optional AI credits and refunds

Manual calculators, editing, copying and printing remain free. AI packs are USD19 for 50 credits or USD39 for 150 credits, paid once with no subscription, automatic renewal, credit expiry or AI trial. Available packs and checkout are shown in your account. Sign in with the Google account to which the purchase should be linked.

One credit covers one usable, source-grounded measurement draft with at least one valid measurement. Review and confirm before Apply; drafts are not final quotes or cutting guarantees. Clarification-only and confirmed failed requests use no credit. An uncertain outcome remains pending and must be checked by its original reference, not automatically sent again. Service availability and request limits apply; retaining credits does not guarantee continuous availability.

For payment errors, access problems or features not provided as described, use the Buyer Portal in the receipt or contact hello@workroomcalc.co.uk. Waffo reviews requests under its Buyer Terms. Approved refunds revoke remaining credits for that order. Statutory rights are unaffected. We do not promise automatic refunds or impose a blanket no-refund rule.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by relying on an unchecked result. Nothing limits liability where law forbids it.

The current version and effective date appear here. Updated Terms apply to later use.
