New AI requests are subject to availability, safety checks and request limits: up to 20 per account per UTC day, 100 across the site and one in progress at a time. Credit packs do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Questions before you buy
What does one credit cover?
One usable draft grounded in your submitted note. It can be partial, with missing fields clearly marked. You must check measurements before ordering or cutting. AI is not a final price, survey or accuracy guarantee.
Do credits expire or renew?
The packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal and no credit expiry. There is no free AI trial. Manual tools remain free.
What if the answer needs more information?
A clarification-only answer uses no credit. Supply the missing information and start a new request only when you choose to. An uncertain request is checked under its original reference without automatically sending it again.
How do refunds work?
For payment errors, access problems or features not provided as described, use the Buyer Portal linked from your receipt or contact hello@workroomcalc.co.uk. Waffo reviews requests under its Buyer Terms. Approved refunds revoke remaining credits for that order. Statutory rights are unaffected. Refunds are not automatic.
What happens to my note?
Only an explicitly submitted note is sent for safety checking and generation. Server recovery content has a five-minute limit from the original request claim; results cannot be retrieved after it. Non-content payment and request proofs are retained. Provider retention follows provider policies. See Privacy.
